hi there,
Since my late teenage years, I suffered with disordered eating, lack of confidence, my weight yo-yo’d and I feared food. If this sounds familiar, let me guide you through the small, consistent steps that can help you turn this around. Through studying nutrition and healthy lifestyle coaching, I now actively look forward to planning, creating and eating delicious food, my skin looks the healthiest it’s ever been, and I’ve rediscovered my ‘get-up-and-go’.
