HOW HEALTH COACHING WORKS

STEP ONE

Get in touch via email, or via the link on the website, to book in your complimentary discovery call and to discuss which programme would most benefit you.

STEP TWO

During your first coaching session, we'll work through your Energy and Health Assessments, an holistic lifestyle assessment and establish your goals.

STEP THREE

We'll come together, via Zoom or in person, for a 45-60 minute, weekly coaching session. You'll leave each session with actionable goals and resources for the following week, and have access to in-between session support.
